Descrição

• Act as a day-to-day contact for the field team and clients • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the client’s business, industry trends, and competitive landscape • Conduct market analysis at the brand, region, and individual levels • Identify growth opportunities through competitive, channel, and consumer insights • Develop quarterly business plans with field leadership and account teams • Ensure program and sales goals are met and proactively report feedback • Manage monthly and quarterly performance reporting • Communicate business results to key stakeholders regularly • Manage field execution to achieve business objectives and KPI goals • Guide and support assigned team members across their markets • Manage team member expenses and budgets with quarterly reviews • Maintain communication and visibility to develop, coach, and drive field-team performance • Collaborate with cross-functional departments and account-team members to hire and grow talent • Implement brand-building initiatives, including management and distribution of approved marketing materials • Recruit and hire sales representatives to engage distributor partners, retailers, and consumers on client brands

🎯 Requisitos

• 6–8 years of experience in a business environment, preferably in the beverage-alcohol industry • Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong budget management skills • Knowledge of alcohol regulations, rules, market trends, and competition preferred • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Ability to work remotely • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule • Ability to travel 25% or more throughout the year, sometimes with short notice • Ability to manage administrative tasks in accordance with agency compliance guidelines and standards • Must be able to regularly lift, carry, push, and/or pull items weighing at least 15 pounds and up to 50 pounds • Must be able to move materials, equipment, and supplies as needed • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
