Descrição

• End-to-end sales cycle management – from lead generation through product demos to contract negotiations and successful closing. • Consultative & solution selling – you analyze customers’ individual challenges and develop tailored, value-driven solutions for mobility and smart parking. • Multi-threaded sales – you run complex sales processes across multiple decision-makers and win internal champions. • Management of long sales cycles – you drive structured, strategic sales processes with focus and persistence. • Executive-level relationship building – you build trusted customer relationships and convince with a confident, consultative, and professional approach. • Cross-functional collaboration – you work closely with our product and marketing teams on developing new product strategies, continuously optimizing our product, and tailoring marketing campaigns.

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or software solution sales with enterprise or mid-market customers. • Alternatively, 2–3 years of experience in a management consultancy focusing on strategy, digitalization, or sales. • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, ideally in an enterprise environment. • Strong communication and negotiation skills combined with an analytical, structured way of working. • Confident use of CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, to manage your pipeline efficiently and drive data-driven decisions. • Independent, driven, and highly self-motivated – you want to push things forward and take responsibility. • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
