• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, servers, networks, and end-user devices • Manage user access, security policies, and remote system setups • Configure and troubleshoot VPNs, firewalls, and network routing issues • Maintain and monitor cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, etc.) • Ensure all devices and endpoints are secured, patched, and compliant • Assist in deploying new tools, systems, and upgrades across departments • Create and maintain internal documentation for IT procedures and best practices • Act as a liaison with vendors and escalate critical issues when needed • Conduct regular audits to ensure system integrity and optimize performance • Support cross-functional teams during infrastructure projects or software rollouts
• 3+ years in an IT Specialist, IT Support, or SysAdmin role • Deep understanding of Windows, MacOS, and Linux environments • Comfortable with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud • Solid grasp of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls) • Hands-on experience with MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune, Kandji) • Strong cybersecurity awareness you think 3 steps ahead of potential threats • Excellent communication and time management skills you know how to manage your day and keep others informed • Bonus: scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python), or experience with automation tools like Ansible or Terraform
