Descrição

• Own the AI Hub Center of Excellence charter and bridge Enterprise AI with Patient Services engineering • Ingest and operationalize GCP, Vertex AI, Claude, and Gemini Enterprise into the software development lifecycle • Re-architect engineering practices into an AI-augmented model across development, QA, and business analysis • Drive adoption of AI-first workflows and tooling • Architect agent deployment and lifecycle frameworks on Vertex AI • Establish reusable RAG, tool-calling, MCP, and orchestration patterns • Set standards for building, evaluating, deploying, monitoring, and retiring production agents • Own AI governance, compliance, model selection, PHI/HIPAA handling, and evaluation frameworks • Coordinate data-flow approval and BAA verification with InfoSec • Maintain the AI risk register and prompt/pattern library governance • Lead a hybrid onshore/offshore follow-the-sun team • Plan parallel-track delivery of AI MVPs and technology workstreams • Define AI velocity KPIs and report progress and ROI quarterly to the CTO and CFO • Serve as senior technical AI voice for executive and vendor stakeholders • Coordinate with ACTICS, NiCE, MuleSoft, and product teams

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years in software engineering • 3+ years in a technical lead or architect capacity • Production experience architecting and deploying LLM-based systems or AI agents • Hands-on fluency with Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI • Experience with Claude, Gemini, or equivalent leading LLMs • Knowledge of RAG, tool use/function calling, CrewAI, LangChain, Vertex Agent Builder, and MCP • Experience introducing Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development tools • Familiarity with Salesforce and enterprise integration such as MuleSoft • Strong understanding of HIPAA/PHI handling, AI model risk, and data security • Excellent executive communication for CTO/CFO audiences • Experience leading distributed onshore/offshore teams • Preferred: healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical patient services technology background • Preferred: experience establishing an AI Center of Excellence • Preferred: Salesforce Health Cloud, Apex, or LWC experience • Preferred: AI or healthcare-technology vendor-management experience
