Descrição

• Lead and scale the Data & Analytics practice, including strategy, capability development, and revenue growth. • Drive business development, solutioning, and pre-sales activities for enterprise data and analytics opportunities. • Engage with CXOs and business stakeholders to define data transformation roadmaps and analytics strategies. • Build and manage offerings across Data Engineering, BI & Visualization, Cloud Data Platforms, AI/ML, Data Governance, and Advanced Analytics. • Own end-to-end delivery governance for large data transformation and modernization programs. • Develop reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency and quality.

🎯 Requisitos

• Experience in Data & Analytics practices with a strong understanding of data transformation programs. • Proven ability to lead consulting and pre-sales activities. • Strong experience in managing client relationships. • Expertise in data engineering, BI, AI/ML, cloud analytics, and governance. • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
