Descrição

• Lead Microsoft Purview implementations including Data Map, scanning, classifications, glossary, lineage, and governance policies • Onboard and govern data sources across Azure and hybrid / multi-cloud environments • Define and implement data governance frameworks, including data ownership, stewardship, and Critical Data Elements (CDEs) • Implement data classification, sensitivity labels, and compliance controls (GDPR, CCPA, SOX, etc.) • Establish end-to-end data lineage to support analytics, reporting, and audit requirements • Collaborate with data engineering, security, compliance, and business teams to embed governance into data pipelines • Support metadata standards, stewardship workflows, and data catalog adoption • Automate governance processes and track governance KPIs and metrics

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience in Data Governance / Data Management • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview implementations • Strong understanding of: Metadata management, Data lineage, Data classification, Data stewardship • Experience with Azure data platforms such as: Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Power BI • Ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into technical governance solutions • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills • Nice to Have: Experience with other governance tools such as: Alation, Collibra, Informatica EDC / Axon, Atlan • Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) tools (Reltio, Informatica MDM) • Experience with automation using Python or APIs • Background in regulated industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance)
