Descrição

• Reconcile Finished Goods and Raw Material inventory accounts monthly, researching and resolving variances • Perform quarterly Excess and Obsolete (E&O) inventory calculations in accordance with company policy • Conduct OCOGS (Other Cost of Goods Sold) expense reviews and analysis • Prepare and record booking adjustment and accrual journal entries • Perform quarterly Inventory Overhead calculations and analysis • Assist with month-end close of the General Ledger for cost-related accounts • Partner with Supply Chain and Operations on inventory and cost matters • Support internal and external audit requests related to inventory and cost accounting • Identify and recommend process improvements for cost accounting and inventory reporting • Prepare standard financial worksheets and reports, forecasting, process reviews, and ad hoc analysis

🎯 Requisitos

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Good communication and presentation skills • Ability for independent thinking and self-direction • Undergraduate degree in Accounting • 5+ years of experience in accounting • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to accurately prepare financial reports • CPA preferred • Cost accounting, public accounting, or auditing experience preferred • Oracle or similar ERP experience preferred
