Descrição

• Lead client implementation projects from initiation through delivery • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining client satisfaction • Manage small to medium-sized customers through end-to-end implementations and launches • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders • Manage implementation tasks including data migration, product training, and organizational roll-out strategies • Configure software • Maintain a minimum of 70% productivity • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies • Serve as the primary client contact during implementation • Conduct status meetings and provide timely project updates • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations • Improve implementation processes and methodologies • Train customers on product and implementation configurations onsite and/or virtually • Perform software testing, implementation maintenance, remote and onsite customer training, and general support for facilities management software applications

🎯 Requisitos

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally focused on SaaS or enterprise applications • Healthcare industry experience preferred • CMMS familiarity preferred • Knowledge of Regulatory Agency Standards (NFPA, Joint Commission) is a plus • Ability to work across various stakeholders including Users, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management • Proven ability to keep multiple projects on track simultaneously, with strong attention to detail • Ability to triage and prioritize support requests across multiple projects with a focus on customer satisfaction • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience • PMP or similar certification preferred • Strong understanding of project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Jira, and Smartsheet • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Willingness to expand the role, learn additional technologies, and support all aspects of FSI’s service offerings • Willingness to travel • Authorization to work in the United States • Ability to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
