Descrição

• Shape the technical direction of systems supporting advertising, marketing, and analytics needs • Own one or more product areas and identify technical problems and opportunities • Shape team solutions and build the most challenging parts personally • Work across the full stack, from Python backend services to React and TypeScript interfaces • Provide technical judgment on problems without established answers • Own technical solutions, scope, tradeoffs, quality standards, code review, and testing strategy • Monitor, debug, and fix shipped work until outcomes are confirmed • Advise on feasibility, cost, risk, architecture, shared systems, engineering standards, and hiring • Produce technical scopes, prototypes, working software, reusable standards, and upgrade or migration plans • Mentor engineers and help them advance to larger roles

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years building software that runs in production • Expert skill in backend development • Experience with Python and Flask-style APIs, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Redis, or a similar stack • Experience scoping and shipping distributed systems using queues, caches, and search • Experience running software on AWS and Kubernetes at production scale • Experience scoping solutions successfully built by other engineers • Experience mentoring engineers and helping them advance to larger roles • Clear technical writing • Experience building and improving CI/CD pipelines • Consider security in scoped solutions • Candidates must be located in the U.S. • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must be located within Eastern or Central U.S. timezones • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor is addressed in the application
