Reunindo cerca de 200 organizações membros ao longo da cadeia de valor agrícola, a Field to Market visa criar um futuro sustentável que beneficie agricultores, empresas e o meio ambiente. A Aliança oferece ferramentas e programas para ajudar as organizações a atingir suas metas de sustentabilidade e promove ações coletivas em direção a ecossistemas resilientes e melhoria dos meios de subsistência dos agricultores.

Descrição

• Support member relationships, onboarding, ongoing engagement, communications, retention, and outreach • Maintain member, prospective member, stakeholder, and engagement records in the CRM system • Coordinate outreach campaigns and messaging promoting Field to Market programs and membership benefits • Support member engagement with the Fieldprint Platform, sustainability programs, and project resources • Develop case studies, success stories, presentations, handouts, onboarding documents, and outreach resources • Plan and coordinate member meetings, webinars, educational initiatives, and other events • Support event materials and post-event membership follow-ups • Represent Field to Market at virtual and in-person events • Support fundraising, sponsorship outreach, and grant applications • Collaborate with internal teams, governance bodies, external partners, committees, sectors, and councils • Contribute to continuous improvement and strategic efforts for improved environmental outcomes • Fulfill other stakeholder education, leadership, and assigned job responsibilities

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in business, agriculture, sustainability, or related field • Minimum two years of relevant experience • Strong project, time management, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills • Experience coordinating virtual and in-person events, webinars, or meetings preferred • Comfortable in a fast-paced, small office remote environment; initiative-taking and able to work independently • Experience working with a CRM system; HubSpot preferred • Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required • Ability to travel up to 30%, including some evenings and weekends • Familiarity with sustainability or agricultural/environmental programs preferred • Working knowledge of sustainability concepts, including greenhouse gas accounting, Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, regenerative agriculture, or sustainability standards relevant to the agricultural value chain, preferred • Ability to support strategic efforts for improved environmental outcomes
