Descrição

• Support up to 75 technicians and up to 30 active clients • Proactively communicate with Technicians and Clients through weekly or bi-weekly check-ins, in-person meetings, on-camera Teams meetings, phone calls, texts, and emails • Check in bi-weekly with every Technician, including at least one phone call or in-person conversation • Check in with every Client 2–4 times per month, including at least one client meeting • Improve assignment success rates and Technician satisfaction • Secure assignment extensions and increase Client satisfaction • Manage new technician arrivals • Participate in department meetings and collaborative conversations • Facilitate kickoff calls with new and returning Clients • Manage weekly timekeeping and attendance • Complete operational functions according to FlexTrades procedures and policies • Ensure employees arrive on time and meet client performance expectations • Handle Technician disciplinary measures related to performance and policy violations • Educate and enforce FlexTrades policies and professional expectations • Identify new client opportunities by building relationships with client contacts • Document activity in the ATS and use FlexTrades-required tools • Coordinate with the safety team to ensure appropriate safety practices • Assist with onsite injuries by coordinating with the FlexTrades safety team and facilitating Technician and Client communication • Collaborate across departments to solve problems and resolve issues • Adapt quickly to high-priority tasks and projects as directed by the Leader • Maintain a professional demeanor in Technician-, Client-, and Internal-facing conversations and meetings • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• Previous staffing experience • 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment • 1+ years of customer service experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Highly organized with excellent time management • Growth mindset • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite of products • Willingness, excitement, and availability to work away from home for extended periods of time • Comfortable working remotely, including on-camera in a Teams meeting environment • Previous experience with manufacturing and/or industrial companies preferred • Experience with Apple products such as an iPad is a plus • Bullhorn ATS experience is a plus
