Descrição

• Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth in the assigned territory • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and partners • Develop account plans that identify opportunities for growth and outline strategies for achieving revenue targets • Conduct regular business reviews with key customers and distributors to review performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and align future goals and objectives • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, as well as new accounts that fit the company's ideal customer profile • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key customers, ensuring that all terms and conditions are mutually beneficial and consistent with company objectives • Serve as an expert in specific industries (building off successes in previous roles), staying up to date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute industry-specific sales strategies, including product development, pricing, and marketing campaigns • Provide industry-specific insights and thought leadership to the overall sales organization, helping to differentiate the company's offerings and win new business in the market • Build and maintain relationships with key industry organizations and influencers, representing the company at industry events and conferences • Monitor and analyze customer and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team and cross-functional partners to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and deal information in the company's CRM system • Maintain accurate sales records and reports based on individual performance to targets

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a track record of success in both business development and account management • Experience in targeted industries is preferred • Excellent communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
