• Set the methodology and standards that guide our SEO work • Conduct the most demanding analyses • Produce high-stakes client deliverables that require true expertise • Present analysis directly to clients and join calls as the technical authority • Collaborate with account managers who own the day-to-day relationships • Mentor junior team members for executing strategies and frameworks you define

🎯 Requisitos

• Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role • 5–10 years of dedicated SEO experience with a track record of expert-level results • Deep mastery of technical SEO and onsite SEO — this is the core of the role • Demonstrated investment in GEO and AI visibility, and a clear ability to stay ahead as search evolves • Experience with offsite SEO and digital PR is a nice to have • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex analysis clearly to clients • Strong academic background with an outstanding General Weighted Average • Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field • Hands-on mastery of SEO and analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog • Familiarity with AI tools and GEO/AI-visibility platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Peec AI) • The ability to diagnose problems others miss and to be the definitive answer on hard SEO questions • Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • A natural mentor who can raise the SEO capabilities of the broader team
