Descrição

• Lead a team of full-stack and front-end engineers building fan-facing ticket discovery, decision, and purchase features • Spend meaningful time coding alongside the team and lead hands-on engineering execution • Set standards for using frontier models, AI coding agents/harnesses, and modern tooling to generate, review, test, and monitor code • Partner daily with a dedicated Product Manager and Designer on product direction and feature development • Identify and invest in tooling, domain foundation design, technical debt reduction, and AI improvements to increase velocity • Surface engineering and product risks and develop recommendations to mitigate or eliminate them • Own the engineering roadmap and execution plan while balancing speed, quality, and technical debt • Mentor engineers, maintain a high hiring and performance bar, and help develop talent across teams • Provide cross-team technical leadership to improve the marketplace • Deliver fan-facing features tied to velocity, quality, and demand-side business outcomes • Report to the VP of Product

🎯 Requisitos

• Hands-on engineering manager comfortable spending real time writing and reviewing code alongside the team • Direct experience using frontier models, AI coding agents/harnesses, and modern tooling to improve engineering velocity and quality • Track record of shipping consumer-facing product features that moved measurable business outcomes • Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Product and Design • Experience managing full-stack and/or front-end engineering teams • Meaningful people-management experience; typically 5+ years in engineering, including several as a manager • Familiarity with SQL/analytics to diagnose funnel and feature performance • Experience leading full-stack teams with end-to-end ownership of consumer-facing web and mobile products, backend services, and APIs in a high-traffic marketplace or e-commerce environment • Strong understanding of modern front-end stacks such as React and React Native, backend services, APIs, and full-stack architecture • Experience partnering with Product and Design in a fast-moving, iterative environment using feature flags, A/B testing, and rapid experimentation • Data-driven approach to prioritization and technical trade-offs • Nice to have: experience in consumer marketplaces or high-intent, high-conversion consumer apps • Nice to have: track record of building or championing internal tooling/platform investments
