Descrição

• Provide support to the Strategic Management department • Administer the Electronic Medical Record, currently Sigmund Software/Aura (SAAS model) • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly EMR administration tasks • Analyze data for recurring Gateway Rehabilitation Center reporting • Maintain service desk and informatics tickets with timely and accurate responses • Monitor EMR vendor response to service task tickets • Coordinate Gateway participation in the vendor’s user groups • Review and distribute EMR vendor communications, release notes, trainings, and updates • Coordinate data definitions, data integrity issues, service types, forms, and policies • Provide ongoing staff training on the EMR and workflows • Prepare variation analysis worksheets • Prepare graphs of market, census, financial, and other data for ongoing reporting • Provide data on legislative matters related to substance use disorder treatment and funding • Provide data and information for regulatory bodies • Provide data for grant applications • Perform clerical duties as necessary • Assist with special projects • Travel to various Gateway sites as needed • Attend mandatory training and in-services

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree • Experience working with electronic medical record software products • Experience working with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 security regulations • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office products, including Word and PowerPoint • Advanced knowledge of Excel • SQL knowledge and experience • Tableau experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to live within the Pittsburgh, PA area or surrounding counties • Ability to travel throughout the region as needed • PA Criminal History Record check • PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances • Pass drug test • Pass 2-Step TB test • Preferred: EMR Behavioral Health experience • Preferred: Sigmund Software/Aura experience
