Descrição

• Serve as the primary technical owner for enterprise IT service management and related platforms • Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and extend platforms including Jira Service Management, SailPoint, Dynatrace, Active Directory/LDAP, and related services • Design, implement, and sustain integrations between enterprise applications using APIs, webhooks, middleware, scripting, and vendor-supported connectors • Build and maintain workflows, automations, plugins, and configuration-based extensions across COTS platforms • Develop custom scripts, utilities, lightweight applications, and middleware components • Translate customer and operational requirements into sustainable technical solutions • Work with stakeholders to define technical approaches and implement solutions in a secure enterprise environment • Troubleshoot application, integration, authentication, plugin, and workflow issues • Improve reliability, maintainability, supportability, and automation • Document configurations, integration logic, administrative procedures, and technical solutions • Operate independently with significant ownership and autonomy • Travel 10–25% as required

🎯 Requisitos

• Secret security clearance required • U.S. Citizenship required • Bachelor’s Degree required • 2+ years of related experience in systems administration, enterprise application support, systems integration, platform engineering, or a similar technical role • IAT Level II or higher certification, minimum Security+ CE • Experience configuring, maintaining, and integrating COTS platforms • Experience troubleshooting enterprise application environments, including authentication, plugins, workflows, APIs, and configuration issues • Experience integrating systems using APIs, webhooks, middleware, directory services, or scripting-based automation • Working knowledge of Active Directory/LDAP and enterprise identity-related integrations • Ability to write and modify scripts or code for integrations, automation, and lightweight tooling • Ability to work independently to diagnose ambiguous technical issues and deliver practical solutions • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage a broad technical scope independently • Sound judgment in selecting configuration, scripting, or custom development • Ability to balance operational requirements with maintainable long-term solutions • Preferred: experience with Jira, Jira Service Management, SailPoint, Dynatrace, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Mattermost, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms • Preferred: experience with Python, Java, PowerShell, Go, BeanShell, or similar languages • Preferred: experience developing middleware, connectors, API clients, administrative utilities, or support tooling • Preferred: experience with Docker or other containerization technologies • Preferred: familiarity with Ansible or similar orchestration tools
