Descrição

• Own a portfolio of largest, multiyear, multi-product enterprise accounts • Advise customers on best practices for transforming imaging operations • Proactively manage the success of enterprise IDS customers • Act as a technology evangelist and change management leader • Understand the top imaging initiatives and associated KPIs • Build strong relationships across relevant stakeholders • Develop deep product expertise and understand how IDS fits into the ecosystem • Review and analyze usage data, renewal dates, and growth opportunities • Surface insights and recommendations to customers • Conduct account performance planning and reviews • Represent customer needs when articulating software product requirements • Inform the future of the IDS solutions platform • Nurture customer advocacy

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS or Healthcare Customer success role • Experience with Healthcare, imaging strongly preferred • Experience supporting multiyear, multi-product subscription agreements • Verifiable track record of customer retention and growth • Aptitude for learning software and industry best practices • Ability to explain complex data and technical issues in non-technical terms • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, hyper-growth environment • Project management experience • Strong ability to set and manage customer expectations • Experience working with stakeholders
