Descrição

• Manage creation and delivery of NCP unit-specific recommended lists for standard Unit Open/Inspect/Close scope • Apply standard contingency approaches aligned with safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets • Understand event scope and changes in collaboration with the CPM and OFS • Define spare parts needed for non-standard outage scope, including TIL, Aux, BOP, and Generator • Compare recommended lists with on-site inventory and optimize recommendations using fleet parts availability and programs • Maintain systems and tools to document deliverables • Manage CPM relationships to identify and resolve issues in the outage planning process • Manage relationships with Auxiliaries OEM and Sourcing teams • Use field experience to define technology-standard lists with the CMPD team • Drive process improvements to optimize NCP planning and track spare-list accuracy • Solve problems using experience and expertise • Support the line manager in delivering team KPIs and driving continuous improvements

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college • Advanced experience in Field Service Execution and Planning as a TFA/Outage Manager, or significant experience in Gas Power Engineering • Experience with material management systems and tools, including Excel and PLM • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills • Proactiveness and highly collaborative approach with attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple priorities, act independently, and use sound judgment • Ability to motivate and maintain integrity, employee involvement, safety, and teamwork • Change-agent mindset with energy, passion, and enthusiasm • For candidates applying to a Canadian-based position: legal authorization to work in Canada • Successful completion of a background investigation where applicable • For the U.S. opening: legal authorization to work in the United States and successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
