Descrição

• Perform technical evaluations and provide technical support in areas of source term, decay heat, dose and dispersion analyses, ALARA and other radiological nuclear safety analyses • Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal and external project managers, technical personnel, plant owners, customers, and regulators, and collaborate with vendors and technology partners on engineering and technical issues • Maintain a high standard of quality and safety while meeting baseline project schedule and cost objectives • Prepare, document and present technical data to internal and external customers • Contribute to team process improvements to drive speed and simplification • Ensure work is performed with high quality in accordance with NRC, CNSC, or other regulatory rules and regulations, customer requirements, and business quality assurance standards • Lead cross-team problem solving on complex technical issues, drawing on deep domain expertise

🎯 Requisitos

• M.S. Degree in engineering, physics, or closely related science discipline from an accredited college or university • Minimum of 5 years of experience in nuclear radiological analysis • Deep technical expertise in core and spent fuel pool decay heat analysis • Deep technical expertise in probabilistic dose consequence analysis • Experience with BWR technology • Knowledge of plant operational support • Knowledge of reactor licensing requirements • Direct experience presenting technical analyses to the ACRS or other regulatory bodies • Experience with ORIGEN, RADTRAD, GALE, MCNP, SCALE, MELCOR, MAAP, MACCS • Object-oriented programming experience such as Python, Java, C#, C++ • Experience developing engineering computer programs and creating verified software following the CP-23-400 process • Experience developing new work processes and tools that improve productivity, including leveraging AI/LLM capabilities • Demonstrated high energy and the ability to energize others • Honest and straightforward with a high level of personal integrity • Strong personal commitment and determination • Detail oriented and accountable for results • This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
