Descrição

• Develop and manage project budgets, providing ongoing cost estimates to completion. • Plan and manage project schedules and payment milestones, including contingency planning to ensure timely delivery. • Oversee contractual scope, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. • Identify and manage risks and opportunities, ensuring all risks are mitigated. • Deliver accurate monthly management reports for all assigned projects. • Facilitate effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. • Provide leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including conducting lessons learned reviews. • Act as the central point for project-based activities and perform additional duties as assigned. • Attend training seminars, as required. • Participate in external meetings with suppliers and customers, such as design reviews and kick-off meetings. • Maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, engineering teams, and global partners. • Ensure GE Vernova safety and quality procedures are adhered to within the project scope.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in related fields • Ability to travel 25% domestically and internationally • Minimum 5 years project management experience • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport • Master’s degree from an accredited institution (desired) • P. Eng. Certification and/or PMP/APM Certification (desired) • Experience with power generation systems (desired) • Practical knowledge of GE Vernova products is beneficial but not mandatory (desired) • Strong attention to detail and time management skills to meet deadlines. • Clear thinker with strong analytical, quantitative, and results-oriented skills; able to make sound and timely decisions. • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for technical and business audiences. • Proactive ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks. • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, managing multiple assignments and priorities. • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement process enhancements. • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project. • Ability to interpret engineering drawings. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach. • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
