Descrição

• Execute domestic and international field project delivery for Nuclear Inspection Services • Manage field projects for IVVI, IVUT, and Drywell inspection product lines during customer power plant outages • Coordinate with business leaders to plan and execute project work scopes against Integrity, Safety, Quality, and Output criteria • Develop stakeholder relations for project execution • Contribute to Inspection Services strategy and policy development • Apply best practices and knowledge of market competition to project work • Analyze data and use technical expertise to support recommendations and decisions • Act as a resource for less-experienced colleagues and lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements • Explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus • Provide technical direction and guidance to contracted and craft labor at customer sites • Support business leads during the Inquiry to Order phase and proposal development • Ensure project metrics and contractual or internal procedural expectations are met • Conduct internal and external project closure and review • Store and turn over project data and information in approved storage systems • Report to the Inspection Services Director • Coordinate with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver projects within budget, schedule, and scope

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 7 years of Nuclear Industry experience • 3 years of Nuclear-related Project Management experience or 5 years of STEM-related Project Management experience • Ability to maintain access to and execute domestic or international project delivery • Ability and willingness to travel 60% of the time, including 12 hours daily/7 days a week while travelling • Ability to maintain Unescorted Access to and on customers’ site/property • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • PMI/PMP Certification preferred • Knowledge of Nuclear/Energy products, processes, customers, markets, and competition preferred • Strong technical knowledge/experience working with PWR ISI, including in-vessel, drywell, and BOP ISI techniques preferred • Experience with Microsoft Office, Oracle ERP, PLM, and Primavera P6 preferred
