Descrição

• Lead the execution of complex projects within the Grid Automation solutions domain, with primary focus on CIC, P&C, and M&D • Align project goals with overall business objectives • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources • Ensure safety and quality throughout the execution cycle • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams • Communicate clearly and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle • Build customer intimacy and ensure customer satisfaction during execution • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations • Use planning and scheduling tools to monitor progress, manage the critical path, and deliver projects on time • Partner with Engineering and Services to optimize project resources • Control project budgets using work breakdown structures and monitoring Earned Value/Budgeted Cost of Work Performed • Define savings strategies and maximize variation orders during execution • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks • Implement contingency plans for unforeseen challenges • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements • Conduct regular project reviews and audits • Prepare and present status reports to senior management and stakeholders • Maintain comprehensive project documentation • Manage projects through initiation, planning, engineering coordination, material and resource planning, field execution, customer acceptance, financial management, and closeout

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the energy or Grid Automation sector • Proven experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects • Experience with protection relays, bay controller units, auxiliary relays, and telecom equipment is highly desirable • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred • Additional certifications in Grid Automation or related technologies are a plus • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project and Jira • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to travel to customer sites and offices as required by the project plan, around 20% • Deep understanding of Grid Automation solutions and industry standards • Experience with telecom equipment and network infrastructure • Knowledge of automation algorithms and human-machine interfaces • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
