• Serve as a primary contact for assigned key employer group clients for issue resolution, reporting requests, and renewal preparation. • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client contacts and broker partners. • Proactively communicate with clients regarding account status, policy updates, and renewal timelines. • Coordinate with internal teams and external TPA partners to facilitate smooth client interactions and service delivery. • Collaborate with Underwriting and TPAs to complete policy change requests and prepare client renewal packages. • Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities for account growth or administrative process improvement. • Prepare and distribute client reports, and create stewardship presentations illustrating account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and documentation in Salesforce. • Act as a point of escalation for complex client issues requiring coordination across multiple departments and partners. • Identify recurring client issues and trends to support continuous service improvements. • Provide training and guidance to Account Managers I and II as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field preferred. • 5+ years of related experience in insurance, benefits administration, or client services. • Previous exposure to insurance, employee benefits, or B2B account management strongly preferred. • In-depth understanding of group insurance products and administrative concepts. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-facing demeanor. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data management and client documentation. • Self-motivated with leadership and mentorship abilities; requires little oversight. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred but not required.
