Descrição

• Own enterprise AI architecture and governance for the EHR platform • Define reference patterns and solution blueprints for LLM applications, RAG, classical ML, and AI-enabled services • Lead platform and tooling decisions for Azure AI, Databricks, and data orchestration • Create reusable accelerators such as a RAG starter kit, evaluation harness, and prompt library • Embed HIPAA-aligned PHI/PII safeguards into the SDLC and CI/CD gates • Set responsible AI release criteria, including bias and fairness evaluations, model cards, and red-teaming • Run the AI architecture review process • Partner with security and compliance on risk assessments and policy updates • Advise engineering teams on prompt design, grounding strategies, and legacy-code modernization • Mentor developers on Azure AI Foundry and the secure use of Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot • Publish architecture decision records

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field • 10+ years in software or solution architecture • 5+ years in AI/ML systems • 2+ years leading enterprise AI architecture or platform initiatives • Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and OpenAI or Anthropic models • Experience fine-tuning and deploying generative models • Experience integrating AI into .NET applications • Healthcare domain experience in claims processing, revenue cycle management, or a regulated environment • Solid understanding of HIPAA, PHI/PII handling, and responsible AI practices • Refined communication and documentation skills • Passion for coaching others and building shared knowledge • Intellectual curiosity • Outcome-focused, results-oriented mindset • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship • US Citizen or Green Card holder
