• Manage and mentor a team of marketers to deliver high quality marketing campaigns • Lead go-to-market marketing initiatives for new products • Develop GTM plans and oversee launches that drive strong initial user acquisition and continued revenue growth • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of holistic and measurable marketing plans • Develop and oversee processes for seamless delivery of integrated marketing activities • Be a hands-on marketer as needed • Manage day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience • 15+ years of experience in integrated marketing, product marketing or a hybrid role (12 years with a Master’s degree) • At least 4+ years in a leadership role • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven presentation skills • Strategic thinking and analytical skills with a data-driven approach • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, content marketing, and PR/partnership strategies • A consumer-centric customer approach • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
