Descrição

• Own the generator-verifier architecture, where generator agents produce changes and verifier agents, tests, evaluation suites, SAST/DAST, and policy checks validate them • Define agent orchestration patterns for task decomposition, dispatch, sandboxing, and reassembly across the agent array • Implement secure state and credential handling using WASM-isolated runtimes and encrypted credential vaults • Build and operate CI/CD for high-volume autonomous pull requests, including triage, testing, routing, and efficient human review • Establish eval-driven development with measurable acceptance criteria and evaluation-suite validation • Own the security boundary, including in-VPC AWS Bedrock inference, GovCloud, least-privilege permissions, and NIST 800-53 Rev 5 control mapping • Serve as the final human accountability gate and ensure no agent-generated code reaches production without senior human review • Define engineering standards for branching, review protocols, evaluation conventions, and staged deployment • Maintain the reference implementation used by delivery teams • Govern graduated autonomy based on measured agent reliability

🎯 Requisitos

• Experience architecting systems at scale with accountability for outcomes • Distributed systems, CI/CD, and developer-platform experience with significant operational consequences • Deep CI/CD and developer-platform expertise, including testing, staged deployment, rollback, and observability • Hands-on experience operating LLM agents in production paths, including orchestration, tool use, sandboxing, evaluation, and volume-related failure modes • Security-architecture expertise in least-privilege design, secrets management, network boundary enforcement, and threat modeling • Track record of setting standards adopted by other engineers • Ability to serve as an accountability gate without becoming a bottleneck • High-assurance security architecture experience is strongly preferred, including designing and defending a security boundary within FedRAMP, FedRAMP High, defense, financial services, or healthcare and direct formal-audit experience • NIST 800-53 Rev 5 fluency, including mapping controls directly to engineering guardrails • AWS Bedrock or GovCloud experience maintaining inference and data within a compliance boundary • Experience with eval-driven development or generator-verifier architectures at a frontier-model or leading platform organization
