A Gravitate é uma plataforma de software nativa de IA que conecta e otimiza a cadeia de suprimentos de combustíveis refinados. Ela oferece otimização de fornecimento em tempo real, despacho autônomo, um sistema de gerenciamento de transporte desenvolvido especialmente para transportadoras de combustível, um hub de integração (Crossroads) para compartilhamento de inventário/pedidos/ETAs entre refinarias, terminais, transportadoras e varejistas, uma plataforma de vendas online para combustíveis a granel e um mecanismo de precificação baseado em regras. Os produtos da Gravitate visam automatizar fluxos de trabalho de abastecimento, precificação, faturamento de frete e despacho para que os operadores de combustíveis captem mais margem e reduzam a coordenação manual.

Descrição

• Drive the execution of defined product strategies, ensuring all development aligns with the overarching product vision. • Act as a secondary point of contact for customers, facilitating high-level communication and ensuring their needs are reflected in product delivery. • Evangelize product releases to customers and internal support/delivery teams. • Ensure product releases achieve intended outcomes and features effectively meet customer needs. • Translate roadmap features into well-defined requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria. • Actively mitigate roadblocks that might impact the on-time completion of release or sprint goals. • Work closely with scrum and development teams to ensure all development objectives are met. • Lead the product functionality design process based on a deep understanding of user and client needs. • Lead product demos for internal and external audiences, while also creating and maintaining product documentation.

🎯 Requisitos

• 7+ years of experience in the software industry • 3+ years specifically in a Product Management or Product Owner role • Proven experience working within a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment • Comprehensive understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and in-depth knowledge of Agile principles • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to interact with and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization, from technical teams to C-suite executives • Proven track record of executing defined product strategies by translating market needs into actionable development items, from ideation through execution • Strong experience fine-tuning epics, defining user stories, and managing the prioritization of a team backlog • A customer-first mindset with a track record of partnering closely with clients to deliver high-value solutions on time. • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
