• Identify and engage prospective mid to large-size clients across various industries • Support the design and execution of business development strategies in coordination with sales leadership • Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment between business development activities and organizational goals • Drive continuous enhancements to lead generation efforts • Conduct outbound prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities • Maintain accurate records of client interactions within the CRM system

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is expected • 5-8 years of experience in business development or outbound sales roles • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through targeted sales strategies • Strong knowledge of industry dynamics and experience working in technology or consulting services • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, as well as tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.io
