Descrição

• Own day-to-day campaign management, optimization, and pacing across Meta for Grüns Adult • Manage and optimize paid social spend at scale • Execute full-funnel paid social strategy across prospecting, retargeting, and retention • Partner with the Creative Strategist to concept, test, and iterate on ad creative • Lead structured creative testing programs and turn results into actionable insights • Support and scale whitelisting and creator amplification programs • Monitor performance daily against CAC, ROAS, and revenue targets • Contribute to landing page and CRO initiatives • Stay current on platform changes, creator trends, and emerging tools

🎯 Requisitos

• 3-5+ years of hands-on paid social experience in DTC or a high-growth agency • Deep, current Meta Ads Manager expertise • Strong grasp of performance marketing fundamentals: CAC efficiency, attribution, incrementality • Solid hands-on experience with MTA platforms (Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar) • Experience managing meaningful budgets and efficiency targets • Hands-on experience with whitelisted or creator-led advertising • Understands omnichannel outcomes, including retail sell-through • Some TikTok exposure and appetite to build fluency there • Communicates clearly cross-functionally
