Descrição

• Place a high volume of outbound calls to secure appointments with licensed Nurse Practitioners for members • Answer incoming calls from members and case managers • Return voicemail messages in a timely manner • Contact Health Plan members via provided lists to secure appointments with field providers for complete health risk assessments • Follow specific talking points and protocols for member outreach calls • Schedule visits efficiently using scheduling software and available provider capacity • Provide excellent customer service • Explain the importance of completing the annual assessment • Use up to six software applications simultaneously while speaking with members • Conduct follow-up calls one business day before scheduled visits • Confirm and verify demographic and contact information while following HIPAA guidelines • Verify active insurance status and accurately enter insurance information during patient registration • Escalate field-provider problems or concerns to the manager • Meet performance standards, departmental goals, and metrics • Collaborate with the CHA clinical team, CHA administrative team, members, and insurance companies

🎯 Requisitos

• High School graduate or equivalent • Strong computer skills with proficiencies in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access and various internet-based applications • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Demonstrable success in quickly building telephonic relationships with prospective customers • 1+ year of call center experience, or relevant tele-sales experience (preferred) • Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred) • Experience with integrated voice/IT systems (preferred) • Ability to work flexible hours to meet needs in all markets and time zones
