Descrição

• Facilitate regular project team meetings with internal and client resources • Communicate with clients and internal resources through progress reporting and conference calls • Manage project plans and checklists to ensure schedule adherence and successful implementations • Assign tasks across departments and monitor results through completion • Oversee multiple implementation projects simultaneously at different stages • Work independently and proactively to ensure timely deliverables • Ask probing questions to understand implementation needs and issues • Follow established processes to ensure implementations are properly tested and audited • Perform analysis and design of interfaces, including files, reports, and statements • Collaborate with programmers and developers on design elements • Create and execute test plans for newly developed procedures • Document and share new-client details with internal departments using the standard Project Plan Summary template • Establish documentation for developed processes and oversee transition to IT operations • Learn and become proficient in the CUBS collection system • Produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• High School Diploma or GED required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Project management training/certification a plus • Proven ability to work within expected guidelines under limited supervision • Demonstrated experience with implementations and data transfers • Software application knowledge, including troubleshooting • Experience working closely with software developers preferred • Collections experience, specifically with CUBS collection application, a plus • Strong analytical, problem solving, and follow-up abilities • Effective time management and organizational skills • Microsoft Office experience, specifically with Excel • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm • Flexibility to work after hours and on weekends as needed • CAPM, PMP, Project Management, or CompTIA Project+ certification preferred • Detail-oriented with the ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask
