Descrição

• Design and implement Maintenance and Compliance features across the full software stack, including maintenance workflows, compliance and document management, and asset/component tracking • Deliver integration work for enterprise customer deployments, including document synchronization with third-party systems such as SharePoint • Maintain sprint velocity and estimate accuracy against committed release windows • Perform code reviews and ensure designs and code meet Helm standards • Collaborate with product management, QA, developers, support, and implementation teams • Participate in planning, daily stand-ups, kick-offs, estimation, and retrospectives • Investigate and resolve issues from live customer environments • Use AI tools for code generation, refactoring, test creation, and documentation • Evaluate AI-generated output for quality and security • Share AI practices and learnings with the team • Own deliverable quality through unit testing, integration validation, and go-live readiness support • Support post-release monitoring and issue resolution

🎯 Requisitos

• 3+ years of professional software development experience • Experience with strongly typed object-oriented languages; C# preferred • Experience with front-end frameworks; Vue preferred • Knowledge of relational database management systems; PostgreSQL preferred • Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS • Solid Git fundamentals, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews in a shared repository • Understanding of how software delivery connects to customer outcomes and revenue • Comfort working against contractual, customer-committed deadlines • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
