Descrição

• Lead and drive the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for one or more products • Define value propositions, target customer segments, and business cases for innovative products • Synthesize market requirements into marketing and customer details using customer, business, financial, and industry expertise • Advise stakeholders on portfolio strategy across planning, development, launch, management, and exit phases • Create goal alignment and collaborate with value-chain partners to optimize margins and product success • Coordinate with Engineering on product development, Supply Chain on SKUs and inventory, and Marketing on pricing and go-to-market strategy • Provide expertise and partnership to functional and technical project teams • Mentor and potentially lead teams on complex, ambiguous projects

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field • 8+ years of work experience in a related field • Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry • Expert cross-functional team skills and ability to drive and influence work through others • Ability to mentor and lead teams on complex, ambiguous projects • Expert skills in cost-efficient solution building • Financial performance metric creation and analysis • Expert business acumen • Root cause analysis and problem detection knowledge • Ability to provide product-specific technical training to the team • MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred
