Descrição

• Drive new business for Hire Overseas, an offshore staffing and HR platform placing vetted global talent into U.S. companies • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and inbound lead handling through discovery, proposal, close, and handoff to customer success • Identify and research target accounts among U.S. companies suited to offshore hiring • Conduct outbound outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn • Build, organize, and consistently follow up on the prospect pipeline • Test and iterate messaging, targeting, and outreach approaches • Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries against the ideal customer profile • Move qualified inbound leads efficiently through the funnel • Run structured discovery conversations • Prepare and present tailored proposals • Handle objections and close deals consultatively • Maintain accurate CRM records and clean pipeline data • Track and report activity, pipeline, and revenue metrics • Complete recruitment stages including interviews, assessment, and background/reference checks

🎯 Requisitos

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of closing deals and generating revenue in a full-cycle or high-contribution sales role • Self-directed and high-ownership with the ability to build and manage your own pipeline independently • Strong spoken and written English communication skills with the confidence and presence to run sales conversations at a senior level • Comfortable operating with autonomy in a small business where processes are still being built • Organized and disciplined with clean CRM habits and consistent follow-through on every open opportunity • Motivated by results and comfortable being measured against revenue targets • Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR services, or B2B professional services (nice to have) • Background selling at a startup or founder-led company (nice to have) • Familiarity with offshore or global hiring and remote contractor models (nice to have) • Experience with outbound sales tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar platforms (nice to have) • Updated resume • Short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, describing your B2B sales experience, and explaining how you build pipeline from scratch • Only candidates who submit a Loom video will proceed to the next hiring step
