Descrição

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to target accounts • Research and qualify prospects using platform intelligence tools and AI-assisted research • Write clear, personalized cold outreach • Handle objections and move conversations toward booked meetings • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP criteria • Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach and pipeline activity, including activity volume and conversion metrics • Use Claude or ChatGPT daily to research accounts, draft messaging, and improve outreach efficiency • Test and refine messaging using response data and sales-team feedback • Book qualified meetings with full context and qualification notes for clean sales-team handoffs • Follow the application process, including prequalifying questions, video introduction, possible role-specific assessment, interviews, and background/reference checks

🎯 Requisitos

• Prior SDR, outbound sales, or lead generation experience with a track record of booking meetings • Strong spoken and written English communication skills, non-negotiable for this phone and email-first role • Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT daily for research, drafting, and outreach personalization • Experience with CRM platforms for logging activity and managing pipeline • Confident phone presence, able to handle objections and rejection without losing momentum • Self-directed and disciplined, able to hit daily activity targets independently in a fast-paced environment • Weekend availability is required; must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday • Full-time schedule covering 5 days per week, structured as 3 weekdays plus 2 weekend days • Submit an updated resume • Submit a 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself, describing outbound sales experience, and demonstrating AI-assisted prospect research and outreach personalization • Only candidates who submit a Loom video will advance to the next hiring step • Nice to have: experience selling into SMB markets, familiarity with sales intelligence or data enrichment platforms, experience with Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft, and B2B SaaS or GTM-adjacent background
