Descrição

• Analyze, design, and enhance SAP role and authorization concepts • Focus on SAP HCM and related topics within the SuccessFactors environment • Implement and optimize authorizations in SAP HCM modules, particularly PY, PA, OM, PE, LSO, and PT • Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of security processes and user management • Create, maintain, and perform quality assurance for roles and authorizations in the backend and Fiori environments • Confident use of PFCG, SUIM, SU01, and analysis at the table level within the SAP authorization area • Execute tests and evaluations, and support error analysis and remediation • Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, and feasibility analyses • Provide project support and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners • Work as part of an agile team

🎯 Requisitos

• Several years of experience in the SAP roles and authorizations area • Very strong knowledge of the SAP HCM domain, particularly the PY, PA, OM, PE, LSO, and PT modules • Solid experience with classic and structural authorizations in the HCM environment • Proficient use of PFCG, SUIM, SU01, and common SAP tables for analysis • Experience designing and implementing role and authorization concepts • Knowledge of SAP Fiori, Fiori Launchpad, and the Fiori Library • Experience with audits, critical authorizations, and compliance requirements • Experience in quality assurance of roles and authorizations for different employee types and functions • Experience in first-, second- and third-level support within the SAP authorization area • Experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage • Solution-oriented and structured working style • Strong communication and teamwork skills in a demanding project environment • Fluent German is required • A clean police clearance certificate (certificate of good conduct)
