Descrição

• Teach, coach, and train associates to execute core Asset Protection initiatives • Drive Merchandise Protection Standards, Pick Ticket, and Lockup programs • Review Front End Accuracy, theft and fraud, and G.E.T. initiatives • Promote safety initiatives and ensure compliance with safety culture, parking-lot safety strategies, and processes • Ensure third-party guards understand and follow post orders • Partner with DHRM and District Manager on de-escalation of serious incidents and threats of violence • Teach store leadership and associates about theft/fraud, operational shrink, and shrink mitigation • Build relationships with Government Relations and law enforcement for localized support • Enter internal cases into the case management system in accordance with Asset Protection policy • Review activity cans, alerts, physical security, theft trends, exception-based reporting, theft portal, and AP Performance Hub • Identify theft trends by class and SKU and create solutions • Conduct interviews for internal theft cases • Review, approve, or reject external cases submitted by Asset Protection Specialists • Analyze district and store shrink performance and manage the Company's shrink reduction strategy • Make hiring and disciplinary decisions, including termination, leveraging HR resources • Staff and schedule Asset Protection associates based on business needs, theft trends, and store tips • Develop Asset Protection associates, leads, and case documentation • Conduct performance reviews and participate in talent reviews • Coach associates on safety behaviors and environmental/regulatory processes, including HHM and SRC programs • Report to the Regional Asset Protection Manager and manage 5–8 direct reports • Travel overnight 5% to 20% of the time

🎯 Requisitos

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Associate's degree program or equivalent degree in a related field • 3 years of work experience • 3 years of leadership experience • 3+ years multi-unit retail Asset Protection experience • Experience leading a team focused on external/internal theft • Experience conducting internal investigations, including interviews • Experience with Organized Retail Crime elements and law enforcement partnerships • Experience utilizing/managing physical security and investigations systems, including CCTV, Alarm, and Exception Based Reporting • LPC/LPQ Certification • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Working knowledge of presentation software, e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with internal and external customers • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Licensure/certification requirements vary by location • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule supporting multiple store locations
