Descrição

• Analyze factors that affect work-life choice, and data around the labor market and competitive landscape • Lead the candidate and talent engagement strategy for hard-to-fill roles • Develop targeted campaigns under The Home Depot brand that enhance recruitment strategies • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; think critically and translate data into a clear story • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR, and external partners • Balance near-term execution with longer-term workforce and talent planning needs

🎯 Requisitos

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Proven experience owning and developing strategy end to end • Strong ability to think critically and tell a clear story with data • Background in talent attraction strategy, workforce planning, marketing, or a related field supporting a complex organization • Demonstrated experience using data, analytics, and ROI measurement to guide strategy • Strong project management capabilities and experience managing deadline-driven initiatives • Comfort operating in ambiguity and evolving work based on new data • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing without direct authority • AI-forward mindset, with demonstrated curiosity or hands-on experience applying AI, automation, or emerging tools
