Descrição

• Lead and grow several engineering teams in HubSpot’s Omnichannel Product Group • You’ll deliver high-quality, scalable platform and product experiences that support all of HubSpot’s core hubs. • Partner closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional leaders to define and execute roadmap priorities. • Establish and uphold a high-performance engineering culture, including strong technical standards and accountability, performance management, and career development. • Contribute hands-on technical leadership, guiding architecture and participating in critical technical discussions across the stack. • Align teams to support the needs of both internal teams and external partners by providing a robust and easy to integrate channels platform. • Navigate ambiguity and drive clarity, enabling teams to move quickly, experiment, and iterate effectively

🎯 Requisitos

• Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams (20+ engineers), including team leads and senior technical individual contributors. • Strong product engineering background, with experience building and scaling SaaS products from early stages through high growth. • You have experience shaping feature delivery from early stage validation, to late stage maturity. • Demonstrated ability to lead full-stack product discussions and influence both frontend and backend architecture. • Hands-on technical credibility with a track record of contributing to engineering decisions and mentoring teams. • Experience driving high performance through goal setting, feedback, and performance management. • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make informed decisions without complete data. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across product, design, and engineering. • Experience leveraging or integrating AI/GenAI into product development workflows or features.
