• Design, launch, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns specifically tailored for the iGaming industry • Optimize keyword bidding, ad copy, and landing page performance to maximize conversion rates and player lifetime value (LTV) • Monitor and maintain strict compliance with advertising regulations in the UK and other regulated jurisdictions • Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creatives and bidding strategies to identify scalable growth opportunities • Provide detailed reporting on KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, and retention metrics, to keep the team aligned on performance goals • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform policy changes to ensure uninterrupted market presence

🎯 Requisitos

• 3+ years of dedicated experience in PPC and Google Ads management • Proven track record within the iGaming or sports betting industry • Deep understanding of the UK regulated market and its specific advertising constraints • Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads Editor, tracking implementation, and performance analytics • Analytical mindset with the ability to pivot strategies based on real-time data • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote capacity • Experience working within the Gibraltar or Malta iGaming hubs • Proficiency in secondary acquisition channels (Bing/Microsoft Ads or Apple Search Ads) • Experience with multi-touch attribution modeling
