Descrição

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research and customer insights • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch • Translate complex user needs into clear, detailed functional requirements and user stories • Prioritize the product backlog by balancing technical debt, feature requests, and long-term strategic goals • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on features and drive continuous improvement • Act as the primary advocate for the customer, ensuring every feature provides a seamless and intuitive experience

🎯 Requisitos

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment • Proven track record of shipping successful products and managing entire product lifecycles • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to justify decisions and measure success • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to bridge the gap between technical and nontechnical teams • A “builder” mindset with a bias toward action and a passion for solving complex problems • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and PM tools like Jira or Linear • Technical background or experience working directly with APIs and data architecture • Experience in UI/UX design principles and wireframing
