Descrição

• Own planning, execution, and closeout of concurrent electronic security installations • Drive accountability across project milestones, schedules, and deliverables • Serve as primary point of contact for national account stakeholders and General Contractors • Lead status reviews, technical discussions, and executive progress reporting • Direct, evaluate, and hold installation technicians, integration engineers, and subcontractors accountable • Ensure safety, technical compliance, and adherence to i2G standards • Manage project budgets, labor and material expenditures, billing milestones, profit margins, change orders, and risks • Interpret and validate architectural, electrical, civil, and security design packages • Oversee as-built/red-line documentation and technical programming workflows • Identify bottlenecks, manage RFIs, resolve site conflicts, and implement contingency plans • Partner with Sales and System Engineering on scopes of work, technical feasibility, and proposals • Travel to client sites for project kick-offs, quality assurance audits, commissioning, and closeout • Perform other duties as required and assigned for business need

🎯 Requisitos

• 4–6 years of progressive project management experience within the commercial electronic security or low-voltage systems integration industry • Experience managing access control systems (ACS), video surveillance (CCTV), intrusion detection (IDS), intercoms, and broader property technology infrastructure • Track record managing project financials, resource allocation, and multi-tier subcontractor teams • Proficiency with project management and scheduling platforms such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and SimPRO, and enterprise office suites • Ability to read and interpret detailed security, electrical, and structural drawings • Strong communication skills and experience managing client expectations at site and corporate levels • Valid driver’s license • Ability to pass required background screenings • Willingness and ability to travel 50%–75% • Active manufacturer or platform certifications in enterprise security platforms such as Lenel OnGuard, Software House C•CURE, Axis, Verint, Commend, or DMP • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent formal PM credential • Working familiarity with life safety/fire system integrations
