Descrição

• Set the vision for all capacity development for the network of partners and legal service providers • Provide oversight and guidance to instructional designers, content developers, community of practice specialists, writers, editors, and subject matter experts • Lead and implement strategies related to legal services training and technical assistance, including a comprehensive training plan • Ensure learning and development deliverables are on time and high quality • Apply current adult learning theories and AI to create engaging and interactive learning materials • Support cross-team efforts to identify knowledge gaps and training and technical assistance needs • Ensure staff orientation training materials are current and support incoming staff learning needs • Oversee product development related to legal services training and technical assistance • Coordinate work with SMEs and partners in delivering training and technical assistance services • Work with the Communication Lead on internal and external communication strategies • Engage with the technology team on training efforts and learning platforms

🎯 Requisitos

• BA with 7+ years experience or Masters with 4+ years experience managing a task or service area including personnel and deliverables in a project or contract environment • A minimum of 3 years demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder and partner relationships for capacity building projects • A minimum of 3 years experience working with national training and technical assistance to develop the capacity of a particular subject matter area or profession • Experience in project management and instructional design • Education and/or experience in the application of race equity, diversity, and inclusion of social justice strategies in human service settings • Working knowledge of refugee, immigrant, and asylee challenges • Experience working for a refugee program • The ability to Obtain and maintain a Public Trust • Solid team builder and team player with proven ability to manage competing priorities, perspectives and stakeholder needs • Exceptional project management skills, with a focus on TA project management • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities • Ability to deal effectively with rapid change and prioritize work quickly • Ability to promote and contribute to an equitable and inclusive organizational culture and environment • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
