Descrição

• Communicate with business stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into robust ML/AI models to improve clinical outcomes for children. • Work with Data Science and other cross functional teams to define requirements, optimize data collection, build data assets, and deliver insights on business strategy and patient care • Develop ML models incorporating clinical, claims, and social determinants of health (SDoH) data to drive actionable recommendations • Define and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting for models such as evaluation metrics, hyperparameters, and drift • Independently query Snowflake and prepare data for exploratory data analysis and modeling • Create clean, maintainable code and own the model development lifecycle

🎯 Requisitos

• 3+ years of experience, including proficiency in Python and SQL • Strong background in study design, causal inference, hypothesis testing, statistics, and research methods • Ability to work with and present findings to non-technical staff across the organization • Experience working in a start-up or growth environment • Pluses but not required: • Healthcare experience • Experience building with LLMs and knowledge of best practices for AI integrations • Engineering skills with experience in AWS, Tableau, dbt, Dagster, and distributed computing frameworks
