A IMH é a entidade do Groupe IMA que fornece assistência completa para habitação e serviços pós-sinistro em toda a França. Opera atendimento de chamadas de emergência 24/7 e intervenções de resposta rápida para incidentes domésticos (incêndios, danos causados por água, falhas elétricas, serviços de serralheria), oferece perícia de danos remota e estimativa de custos, e gerencia reparos através de uma rede nacional de empreiteiros credenciados. A IMH também opera plataformas digitais para apoiar a estimativa de projetos e ofertas de serviços domésticos pagos, coordena respostas a catástrofes em grande escala e conecta seguradoras, beneficiários e prestadores de serviços através de sua rede de prestadores credenciados.

Descrição

• Perform workflow and system analysis and functional design for software development and configuration activities associated with clinical applications • Participate in implementation, training, adoption, and process improvement of Health Information Technology • Act as a liaison between business and clinical users and software development/application teams • Support and periodically lead moderately complex projects with limited supervision • Interact with business and clinical caregivers to build productive relationships • Work flexible hours to meet project requirements • Provide customer experience and service through verbal and written communication • Prioritize and organize work with attention to detail and limited supervision • Use word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet, email, virtual meeting, and scheduling applications • Apply informatics fundamentals to positively impact people, processes, and tools • Use basic project management skills to contribute to technology project deliverables • Round in facilities across the system to observe workflows, meet stakeholders, assist with implementations, and perform other targeted functions

🎯 Requisitos

• Homecare experience preferred • Working knowledge of workflows in a healthcare system • Proven experience engaging providers, nurses, and other clinicians in learning through presentation and communication skills • Experience applying informatics fundamentals (People, Process, Technology) to impact quality and safety • Experience participating in and leading deliverables of informatics projects • Experience working with Cerner, Epic, or other EHR vendors • Experience or training in the use of Continuous Improvement • Registered Nurse and other licensed clinical incumbents must hold and maintain current state licensure • Demonstrated understanding of how clinical systems are used to provide patient care across caregivers and specialties • Ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet, email, virtual meeting, and scheduling applications • Ability to work flexible hours to meet project requirements • Physical ability to see/read information, communicate and understand spoken information, manipulate equipment, and transport, pull, push, lift, and carry equipment
