Descrição

• Architect and deliver AI-ready Microsoft 365 foundations end-to-end, including discovery, design, deployment, and adoption • Establish secure, governed, and scalable foundations for Copilot, agents, and enterprise-scale AI • Design secure and governed M365 tenants covering identity, data governance, compliance, and collaboration • Serve as the primary technical authority and trusted advisor on M365 architecture and AI-readiness strategy • Own rollout sequencing, pilots, change management, training programs, and post-launch enablement • Guide engineers and consultants delivering alongside the architect • Lead complex engagements for mid-market and enterprise Commercial and Public Sector customers • Support technical presales activities • Contribute to proposals and statements of work • Own delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, utilization, revenue targets, and customer outcomes

🎯 Requisitos

• 7+ years delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in consulting or enterprise environments • Deep, holistic understanding of the full M365 tenant, including Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, and how they interconnect • Hands-on expertise in identity and access, including Entra ID and Conditional Access • Hands-on expertise in device management, including Intune and Defender for Endpoint • Microsoft 365 licensing expertise • Proven track record leading adoption programs, including governance, champions networks, training, and change management • Ability to articulate M365 architecture to executive and IT stakeholders and configure it independently • Working knowledge of Purview, including Information Protection and DLP • Working knowledge of migration tooling and PowerShell • Self-directed, resourceful, and able to drive outcomes independently • Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business language for any audience • Curiosity and commitment to staying current with Microsoft product releases and capabilities • Desired: Microsoft M365 Administrator Expert certification • Desired: Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate certification • Desired: Experience with Microsoft-funded or time-boxed migration engagements • Desired: Background mentoring engineers or leading small delivery teams • Desired: Experience working with mid-market or enterprise customers under tight timelines
