Descrição

• Serve as the primary owner of Salesforce opportunity data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all active and prospective opportunities. • Maintain pipeline hygiene, including required fields, stage alignment, probability accuracy, values, and timelines. • Ensure opportunity progression aligns with Chartis’ Shipley-informed capture stages. • Produce pipeline reports and dashboards to support leadership reviews and growth planning. • Identify early-stage opportunities through customer forecasts, market research, agency buying trends, contract vehicle pipelines, and partner inputs. • Support opportunity qualification by capturing key data elements such as customer, scope, contract vehicle, timeline, incumbents, and competitive landscape. • Assist vertical owners and capture managers with early go/no-go inputs and readiness assessments. • Partner with multiple vertical owners to help build, maintain, and mature their respective pipelines. • Support capture managers with opportunity setup, data entry, updates, and early capture documentation. • Coordinate across BD, capture, proposals, operations, and finance to ensure pipeline data reflects real execution status. • Support standardization and improvement of BD and pipeline processes, templates, and reporting. • Maintain capture artifacts aligned to Shipley principles and Chartis’ internal BD process. • Identify pipeline breakdowns or data gaps and proactively recommend improvements.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. • 1–4 years of experience supporting business development, capture, sales operations, or pipeline management. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM. • Basic working knowledge of the Shipley capture methodology and federal opportunity lifecycle. • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting several vertical owners. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
