Descrição

• Own the ServiceNow solution for assigned pursuits, defining the technical approach, solution architecture, and implementation model • Author solution content covering approach, architecture, implementation and transition plans, and technical risk • Serve as the Solutions point of contact to capture and the Proposal Development Center on assigned pursuits • Participate in kickoffs and color team reviews and resolve review comments on solution content • Run working sessions with ServiceNow architects, project managers, and practice leads and convert technical input into customer-ready content • Translate proposed solutions into win themes, discriminators, and customer-centered messaging • Partner with sector delivery leads to align written solutions with staffing, skills, and sequencing • Position iTech AG's ServiceNow credentials, reference architectures, past performance, partner alignment, and platform/licensing considerations • Build and maintain a reusable, technically current library of ServiceNow solution assets • Independently own RFIs and sources sought responses from solution through writing and submission • Contribute solution input to white papers and oral presentations • Support long-range capture-driven pursuits and fast-turn relationship-driven opportunities • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• Experience writing technical solutions on ServiceNow for competitive bids or client proposals • Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform sufficient to shape an implementation approach and defend it to a technical evaluator • Demonstrated ability to turn technical concepts into clear, persuasive written content on deadline • Ability to independently own a response end to end, including RFIs and sources sought responses, from solution through writing to submission • Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams to build strong client-facing responses • Ability to manage competing pursuit deadlines and multiple contributors as the owner of solution content • Comfort operating in a growing company where processes evolve and roles may span functions • Ability to support both structured federal opportunities and more dynamic commercial pursuits • Ability to perform essential job duties and responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodations • Bachelor's degree • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust • US Citizenship is required • Preferred: Experience authoring technical volumes within federal proposal environments • Preferred: Prior hands-on delivery or implementation experience on ServiceNow projects • Preferred: Familiarity with Shipley-based proposal practices as a solution contributor to color team reviews • Preferred: Familiarity with AI tools that support content generation, review, or qualification workflows • Preferred: Experience working in consulting, professional services, or technology services organizations
