Descrição

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth in the foodservice sector. • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the foodservice industry. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities. • Drive revenue growth and profitability by achieving sales targets and managing expenses. • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Proven experience in foodservice sales within the CPG industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to travel as required.
