Descrição

• Own East Coast bookings and revenue targets, with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition and expansion within strategic enterprise accounts. • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing enterprise sales organization. • Define and execute a regionally tailored GTM strategy, including vertical-specific plays across Manufacturing, Public Sector, Higher Education, Life Sciences, and Financial Services. • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives (CFO, CPO, CIO, COO). • Drive rigor in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales execution. • Partner closely with Marketing, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, and Product teams. • Continuously assess market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine regional strategy.

🎯 Requisitos

• 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in senior regional or multi-regional leadership roles • Consistent track record of exceeding $10M+ annual regional revenue targets • Proven ability to engage and sell to C-level stakeholders in complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals • Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing, geographically distributed sales teams • Strong operational rigor with a data-driven approach to forecasting, territory planning, and execution • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
